This is your home away from home!On arrival drive down the driveway to your private carpark space directly in front of your apartment. Enter the pedestrian gate (via access code) into a private courtyard with seating area and waterfall. The garden design was inspired by the owner's holiday in Fiji. Lounge on your comfy 3-seater outdoor sofa whilst reading a book and listening to the native Tui bird with the sounds of the waterfall beyond. The kitchen, dining and living are all open plan which makes it great for entertaining with family and friends. Within the open plan living area are two ranch sliders that you can open which allow for perfect indoor-outdoor flow to your tropical oasis.
