Cancellation policy

For all bookings made via our website, the following cancellation policy will apply:

Flexible - short-term stays of 30 nights or less
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before the check-in date. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival.

Flexible - long-term stays of 31 nights or more
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in date. If a guest cancels 29 days or less before the check-in date, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights. If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be charged 100% for all of those remaining nights.
